Sinopsis:
Free Musim ketiga. Mengisahkan tentang Haruka Nanase seseorang yang sangat mencintai olahraga renang. Sebelum lulus SD ia mengikuti sebuah turnamen renang bersama-sama dengan anggota klub renang, Makoto Tachibana, Nagisa Hazuki, dan Rin Matsuoka. Setelah memenangkan turnamen itu merekapun berpisah. Kini mereka sudah masuk Universitas, dan ikut klub renang di kampus masing-masing. Misteri tentang keberadaan Ikuya masih menghantui pikiran Haru. Tanpa disangka Haru bertemu dengan dia di sebuah kompetisi.
